SPECIAL ORDER CAKES

CAKE SIZE 

A chart showing prices and servings is at the bottom of the menu page, Please note that these are adult servings, if you are having a kid’s party you should size down. If you want to have seconds available, you should size up.

CAKE FLAVOR

Most round cakes are 3 layers, Sheet cakes are 2 layers but a third layer can be added to increase your serving size. You can mix and match chocolate and vanilla cake layers or simply choose all chocolate or all vanilla (If choosing one of our dessert cake options it will be done as described)

FILLINGS (certain fillings will not blend well with some options below we will help with the best tasting combinations)

FROSTING

select one of the following available frostings:

• White buttercream

• Colored buttercream (note your color choice)

• Mocha buttercream

• Chocolate ganache

• Cream cheese

• Chocolate mousse (sides of the cake will be finished in chocolate crunch)

• Caramel mousse (sides of the cake will be finished in chocolate crunch)

• Whipped cream

DESIGN

Select one of the following choices

• Chocolate covered strawberries (additional charge)

• Buttercream roses (note your color choice)

• Balloons or streamers (appropriate for kids cakes)

• Store deco (all occasion look as appropriate we add chocolate deco’s, lemon drops, raspberry drops, etc.)

• Edible image (this is an image that can be worked into the design of your cake to match your occasion $7)

WRITING

If your cake is for a specific occasion (birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc.) please let us know what we can write on your cake and the preferred color of writing. We can also offer suggestions if you need help.

PICK-UP TIME

All of the cakes are baked early in the morning and decorated right before your scheduled pick-up time we make your order just in time to provide you with the freshest possible product. To avoid waiting we ask that you please not arrive earlier then the agreed pick-up time. We encourage you to let us know a time that is convenient to you; however to ensure that each order receives our undivided attention, there is a limit to how many orders we can take per hour.to ensure that your preferred pick-up time is available please order early. The earliest pick-up time is 10:00 am

Please give us the phone number of where we can reach you on the day of your order. While we do not call customers for 99% of our orders, occasionally we may have a follow up question or suggestion and may reach out to ensure that we are accurately fulfilling your cake wishes.
